This year for Jesse's birthday he asked for the usual... sushi. So, I saw this once in a magazine and wanted to try it. I used brownies for the base, used a cookie cutter to make them round and then decorated them with candy. Looks real,huh? Our church group devoured them too. Originally I wanted to put them on top of his cake but he saw them too soon and said they would look better separately. Happy Birthday, my love!
